大陸犬貓回臺 – 前期準備 – 國貿局/農委會
自2022疫情解封以來，相信很多在大陸工作的毛孩爸媽看著 【自辦】Yuna的大陸貓狗回台攻略包（國貿局&農委會的專案申請） 的回台攻略，陸續成功帶回台灣。 然而，衆多毛爸媽申請過程還是遇到諸多波折；此外，寵物代辦價格不透明，動輒10-20萬，為幫助還在觀望或是正在申請的毛爸媽，特此梳理回台流程。 申請資格 1. 自2017年起，個人可自行申請由狂犬病疫區輸入犬貓回台，前提為一人一生只能申請一次（隻）寵物回台，並於申請後的“180”天才能輸入回台灣。 2. 施打狂犬病滅活（不活化）疫苗，施打年齡至少90天，即3個月大，有效期限為輸入前30日至1年内（狂犬免疫證明不能過期）。 3. 自2020年底起，輸入天數由180天改爲”90”天，以犬貓注射狂犬疫苗后采血日起算。 4. 輸入前90日至1年内采血清，並送往指定實驗室檢測，其抗體數需達0.5 IU/ml以上，並取得檢測報告。 5. 須有相關文件證明犬貓為個人飼養，並登記、飼養、植入國際芯片滿 1 年。 回台文件 台灣申請： 1. 經濟部國貿局輸入許可函 2….
